About MediTracker for Patients
Can MediTracker be used with Inca?
If you are registered with Precedence’s Inca service and have an Inca account, you can use your Inca username and password to sign in to your MediTracker account. Inca and MediTracker share the same account details and utilise your same health record.
How much does MediTracker cost?
MediTracker is free from partner practices, or an annual subscription fee of $5.99 per annum, which begins following a free one-month trial. You will be reminded when you need to renew your subscription.
You can also access your MediTracker record using the secure MediTracker website at inca.health/mediTracker. Access via the website is free of charge.
How many MediTracker accounts can I access or create?
You can create multiple user accounts with your device (for example, your children’s MediTracker accounts). There is no restriction on the number of user accounts you can access, however, each device will need a subscription ($5.99/year) to view medical records you have access to.
