Care Plan Targets

Care Plan Targets

There are two types of targets in Inca:
  1. Text Targets
  2. Measurement Targets
Each Care Plan goal can only have one type of target.

Text Targets
Text Targets are for display purposes only e.g.

Measurement Targets
Measurement targets are linked to the patient's observations and pathology results, stored in the Inca Measurements tab e.g.

The goal in the Care Plan tab provides guidelines to determine whether the target has been met. The result is displayed in the Measurement tab. These targets can be edited via the Care Plan goal.
I.e. If the goal ‘Control blood glucose’ has a target of ‘Blood Glucose Level <7 mmol/L…’ and the patient’s latest blood glucose reading in cdmNet is 11mmol/L, the target in the Measurements tab will be displayed in red.
