Create New Patient Record in Inca
Open patient in clinical records
- Once the patient is open in your clinical records you will receive a pop up notification from Inca*
- Select Create in Inca
3. If you are a nurse, select the patients GP and select Next
4. Document patient consent and select Next
You will land on the Overview page
