Creating Health Assessments on Inca



Health assessments are an essential tool in understanding and monitoring a patient's condition. On Inca, you can easily upload or create assessments tailored to specific patient needs. Additionally, there are standardised assessments such as MHCP and DASS21 that are accessible to all patients.

A new feature now available is the Request Patient Complete Assessment option. This feature appears in the assessments tab only if the patient has a valid contact method, such as an SMS number or email address, listed in their account. With this option, you can send an assessment directly to the patient for completion. Once the patient submits the completed assessment, it is automatically sent back and saved in their account on Inca, ensuring seamless and efficient communication between patients and healthcare providers.

This feature enhances the accessibility and efficiency of collecting patient data, helping healthcare professionals deliver more personalised and timely care. Make sure to verify that the patient’s contact information is up-to-date to take full advantage of this convenient functionality.
