How can my practice enable MediTracker?

To allow your patients to request their health summary through MediTracker, your practice needs to install a lightweight software connector called the MediTracker Connector, which can be downloaded here.

Please see practice software compatibility and technical requirements here.

Setup takes less than a minute and has no noticeable effect on a computer’s performance.

What does MediTracker cost to use?

MediTracker is free for GPs and clinics.

The MediTracker app is free for patients of partner practices. Patients at non-partner practices pay an annual subscription fee of $5.99 that begins after a one-month free trial.
