How can I download documents back into my practice software?
You can download documents associated with the patient's care plan and have these imported automatically into your Practice Software.
For detailed information on how to set up the download import path, see Precedence Connector Install guides or contact our friendly support team. (support@precendecehealthcare or 1300 236 638)
1. select Download documents from Precedence Connector action menu.
2. Tick the documents you want to download, Select Download
3. It takes couple minutes for the documents to be ready in your practice software. Documents can be found in the relevant menu at your Practice Software and can be actioned into the patient record as per usual processes.
