How can I review the plan when a review is not due?

Open the patient record in Inca
-
Navigate to the Care Plan tab
-
Select ‘Edit’ to switch to Edit mode
- Select the Next Review date to open the calendar pop-up
- Use the drop down menu to amend the year. Click the left and right arrows to navigate between months and click on the date to select a specific day.
- Select Close and Change
7. Select Commence Review to begin review process and the select Accept Changes once care plan review had been completed
