How can I stop receiving text messages and emails from Inca?
Inca send appointment reminders via email or SMS 3 days before the appointment due date or 2 weeks before the due month.
You can log into your inca account via inca website to turn off the Inca notifications.
1. Preferences (located on the top right corner of your screen)
2. Navigate to Contacts tab - select Change to disable the Notification
Precedence Support can also disable the notifications for you. You can email support@precedencehealthcare.com with following details
