How do I update patient details in Inca?

How do I update patient details in Inca?

Inca extracts patient data from your practice software (Best Practice, Medical Director..). If you wish to update patient details in Inca, 

  1. Open patient record in your practice software
  2. Select "update health record" to update patient's demographic and contact details.

If the patient contact details is not updated after 'update health record', please contact our support team to enable the 'allow update contact details' feature for your practice. 

If you do not use a practice software, please email our support team with following details 

email: support@precedencehealthcare.com

1. Inca Number of the health record: 158xxxxxxx

2. details need to be updated
