How do I update the Individual Allied Health Referral documents?
- Open patient in Inca
- Ensure the relevant provider has been assigned a task in the Care Plan
- Navigate to the Documents tab
- Scroll down to Supporting Documents and select Create/Modify Supporting Document
- Select Referral forms for Allied Health Services and Create/Modify
- Distribute Individual Services as per patient preference and Create New. GPs also have the option to Electronically sign the Allied Health Referral forms at the time of creation
- Select Create Document. If the GP has selected to electronically sign the form in step 5, all relevant care team members will now be notified of the updates. If the nurse has completed the updates, the care team won’t be notified until the GP signs off.
