How do I upload my address book to Inca?

  1. Log in to you Clinical Software
  2. Ensure your Precedence username and password have been saved in the Precedence Connector
  3. Hold down control on your keyboard and click the Precedence Connector icon in the task bar
  4. From the Connector menu, select Upload address book --> Upload full address book 
  5. email support@precedencehealthcare.com to notify support team that you have uploaded your address book
