Important Notice – Discontinuation of Inca Classic

 Important Information regarding Inca Classic: Inca will be discontinued from the 30th of June 2025
As of 30th June 2025, the Inca platform will be discontinued. We have had the unfortunate task of making this decision to support our business strategy into the future. As a result, the Inca Care planning tool will no longer be operational after this date.

We understand that this may impact your operations, and our team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns throughout this period.

What You Need to Do to Transition:
To ensure a smooth decommission, we will assist you with the following actions before 30th June 2025:
What happens to clinics using Inca?
Clinics using Inca have also been notified. These clinics have been offered our new Inca Evo program which does not require Allied Health to log onto a platform to receive their care plans and referral documents.

What happens after 30th June:
  • 30th June 2025: Last day for functionality in Inca Classic
  • 1st July – 31st July 2025: Clinics and all users will have read-only access to Inca Classic for document downloads, but no new items will be able to be created.
  • 4th August 2025: Inca Classic will no longer be available. All data within the platform will be archived.
  • After 4th August 2025: Clinics wishing to retrieve archived patient data must submit a formal written request to support@precedencehealthcare.com or complete the following form Request for patient information
