Patient User Guide
What is Inca?
Through the Inca portal, you will have complete access to your own health record and care plan.
You will be able to view the contact details for your entire care team and if you choose, receive reminders of upcoming appointments.
Accessing Inca
- To log in to your inca account follow the instructions from your welcome email/ SMS to the inca website.
- If you did not receive a welcome notification or are having difficulties, please contact Precedence Support(1300 236 638 or support@precedencehealthcare.com).
Editing your preferences
Click on Preferences (located in the top right-hand corner) to edit your details. Here you can edit your password, username and contact details. You should also contact your GP if your contact details have changed.
Using Inca
After you have logged in at inca.health you will be able to view all the health information relevant to your care plan.

Precedence Health Care is dedicated to protecting the privacy, security and confidentiality of your personal health information. The privacy policy is available at inca.health/help/privacy.
