Forgot Username or Password

On the login screen of the app, tap “Forgot Username or Password” and follow the prompts.

Forgot PIN

If you’ve forgotten your pin number you will need remove the MediTracker app from your device and download it again from the app store. You can then login to the app and set a new PIN number.

Change password

Sign out of MediTracker.  On the login screen of the app, tap “Forgot Username or Password” to change your password.

Spelling mistake when signing up

If you’ve made a spelling mistake when signing up you can amend this by Signing Out of MediTracker then tapping “Join Now” and re-entering your details.

You won’t be charged for a second account.

After selecting a GP my information is not appearing in the MediTracker

It can occasionally take up to 30 minutes for a MediTracker GP Medical Summary to appear. If your summary is not appearing after this time, please contact MediTracker Support on support@meditracker.com.au

MediTracker isn’t updating with new information after visiting my GP

Your GP Medical Summary is updated overnight so your new information might not appear immediately. If the new information still doesn’t appear the next day, please contact MediTracker Support on support@meditracker.com.au
