TCA Workflow Guide

TCA pending agreement

When a GPMP has been completed and approved. The TCA will be pending the minimum two external provider agreements. The Status of the patient record in the Patient List will display TCA pending agreement (yellow highlight). This status will be displayed when the TCA is pending one or two external provider agreements

 

 The Last Care Plan column in the Patient list will display the date when the GPMP was approved and if it has been more than a week, then the TCA agreement(s) will require to be followed up with the Care Team members


TCA awaiting approval

Once a TCA has received the minimum two provider agreements the Status in the Patient List will change to TCA awaiting approval. The TCA is now pending the GP approval. As the GP clicks through to approve the TCA workflow, they will also be signing off the relevant EPC documents


 If the GP is receiving Inca email notifications, they will get the below email to advise them that the TCA for the patient record is pending their approval
