Accessing MediTracker patients in Inca Integrated Care Platform
Sign in at inca.health (if you do not know your sign in details please contact Precedence Support
(T: 1300 236 638)
- Your patient list will be displayed when you sign in
- Click MediTracker to view patients using MediTracker
- To access an individual patient click on the patient’s name
To navigate back to the list, click Patients
Hiding pathology results – at an individual patient level
- Open the patient’s record in Inca
- From the Measurements page click Hide Results for Pathology Results Available
Delaying the display of pathology results – at a practice level
Sign in at inca.health
- Navigate to Preferences in your account drop down list
- In the Organisations section click on your practice name to navigate to your organisation preferences
- In the General section click Edit next to Measurements to adjust display
- Make changes and Update
