Accessing MediTracker patients in Inca Integrated Care Platform

 

Sign in at inca.health (if you do not know your sign in details please contact Precedence Support

(T: 1300 236 638)

 

  1. Your patient list will be displayed when you sign in
  2. Click MediTracker to view patients using MediTracker
  3. To access an individual patient click on the patient’s name

 

To navigate back to the list, click Patients

Hiding pathology results – at an individual patient level

 

  1. Open the patient’s record in Inca
  2. From the Measurements page click Hide Results for Pathology Results Available

Sign in at inca.health

  1. Navigate to Preferences in your account drop down listMicrosoft_WordScreenSnapz015.png
  2. In the Organisations section click on your practice name to navigate to your organisation preferencesMicrosoft_WordScreenSnapz016.png
  3. In the General section click Edit next to Measurements to adjust display
  4. Make changes and Update
