Why am I getting the message from Inca?
Your GP has created a shared care plan through Inca platform. Through the Inca portal, you will have complete access to your own health record and care plan.
You will be able to view the contact details for your entire care team and if you choose, receive reminders of upcoming appointments
Accessing Inca
- To log in to your inca account follow the instructions from your welcome email/ SMS to the inca website
- If you did not receive a welcome notification or are having difficulties, please contact Precedence Support(1300 236 638 or support@precedencehealthcare.com)
