Why can't I view the My Health Record for one of my patients?

In order to access the My Health Record for a patient, the following must be true:
  1. Your organisation must have enabled Precedence Health Care as a CSP to access My Health Records on your behalf. Please see documentation on this from the Australian Government.
  2. Your organisation must have supplied and entered the correct HPI-O into Inca for the organisation record.
  3. Your organisation must have been verified by Precedence Health Care staff and marked as such.
  4. You must have supplied your valid HPI-I and entered this in your preferences.
  5. You must have turned on the “My Health Record” option in your Inca preferences, and accepted the terms in the dialog box presented.
  6. If you are not the primary care provider for the patient, the primary care provider must have also turned on the “My Health Record” option in their Inca preferences, and accepted the terms in the dialog box presented.
  7. The patient must have a confirmed IHI on their Inca record.
  8. If the patient has a Record Access Code on their My Health Record, they will need to supply the code to you for you to access their record, and you must enter this in the appropriate section of the the patient’s Contacts tab in Inca.
