MediTracker displays your summary health record direct from your GP, including your pathology results. MediTracker automatically updates, so you know your health information is current. With MediTracker, your health summary is also available offline, so you can still access it when you are travelling or in remote areas. MediTracker offers you your health information in one easy to use mobile app.
What information is displayed in MediTracker?
MediTracker displays a summary of information contained in your GP medical record. This information includes medical history, medications, allergies, immunisations, measurements and pathology results.
Your pathology results are published in collaboration with your GP. They will only be released to you after your GP has viewed the results and had time to discuss with you if needed. Contact your GP if you would prefer to receive your results earlier.
Does MediTracker display documents from My Health Record?
Yes. MediTracker displays your My Health Record documents. You can view hospital and other documents from your My Health Record in MediTracker if:
- You have a My Health Record and;
- Your GP practice has activated the MediTracker link to My Health Record.
MediTracker Support can assist your practice if they are not activated yet.
